Landström JT This study describes an arthroscopic technique that uses the same radial arthroscopic access portal to harvest and to interpose tendon material into the trapeziometacarpal joint in the treatment of Eaton-Littler stage 2 and 3 osteoarthritis of the trapeziometacarpal joint. Clinical application of this technique has resolved pain and preserved motion at the trapeziometacarpal joint in this study experience.
