Anterior Cruciate Ligament Revision of a Relatively New Implant System

Abstract The Cayenne AperFix system (Cayenne Medical, Inc, Scottsdale, Arizona) is a relatively new implant system used in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This article presents a case of successful revision of the implant and describes the technique used.
